Ingredients
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 8 tbsp of honey
- 2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 tsp of chill powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/3 tsp of ground red pepper
Method
- Step 1: Grab a bowl and combine all your spices. Mix well.
- Step 2: Add your chicken thighs to the bowl and make sure that you're coasting your chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
- Step 3: Coat your broiler pan with some olive oil cooking spray and place your chicken thighs on the pan. Broil this for 5 mins on each side.
- Step 4: Whilst your chicken is broiling, grab a bowl and add your honey and apple cider vinegar and mix this in with a brush.
- Step 5: Once your chicken is done cooking, brush your mixture only using half on the chicken. Broil for another minute. Repeat the same on the other side.
