Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4-5 tsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of black pepper (if desired)
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- For Serving (options you can choose): Brown rice (cooked in a rice cooker), steamed mixed veggies or a green mixed salad.
Method
- Step 1: Grab a medium frying pan and add your butter making sure this is melted.
- Step 2: Add in your crushed garlic and brown this into the butter.
- Step 3: Add your chicken breasts to the garlic and butter, cook thoroughly. Add black pepper if you like.
- Step 4: Once your chicken is fully cooked, add your brown sugar on top of each chicken breast. Allow the brown sugar to melt into your chicken (about 5 mins).
- Step 5: Serve this with some steamed brown rice, steamed veggies or green mixed salad.
