This easy, yummy delicious Chicken Garlic Brown Sugar recipe only takes 15 minutes to cook. Serve it with your favourite sides.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4-5 tsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of black pepper (if desired)
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • For Serving (options you can choose): Brown rice (cooked in a rice cooker), steamed mixed veggies or a green mixed salad.


  • Step 1: Grab a medium frying pan and add your butter making sure this is melted.
  • Step 2: Add in your crushed garlic and brown this into the butter.
  • Step 3: Add your chicken breasts to the garlic and butter, cook thoroughly. Add black pepper if you like.
  • Step 4: Once your chicken is fully cooked, add your brown sugar on top of each chicken breast. Allow the brown sugar to melt into your chicken (about 5 mins).
  • Step 5: Serve this with some steamed brown rice, steamed veggies or green mixed salad.
