Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 2/3 cup of BBQ Sauce
- 6 whole-wheat hamburger buns

Method
- Step 1: Grab a large pot of water and place your chicken, add your salt and pepper. Boil until fully cooked through. Note: Time on this will vary depending on whether you've used fresh chicken or frozen.
- Step 2: Now that your chicken is cooked, put your chicken into a bowl. With a fork, pull the meat apart, thickly shredded. Make sure it's thick and not thinly shredded as the bun will become mushy once you add the bbq sauce.
- Step 3: Next, add bbq into the bowl and toss this through until your chicken is coated.
- Step 4: Cut your buns in half and toast them first followed by adding your favourite spread such as cream cheese, mustard etc and toppings e.g. lettuce, coleslaw etc. Distribute your chicken evenly onto the buns before assembling.
