Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 x 200 g Texas Style Smoky BBQ Seasoning and sauce
Method
- Step 1: Preheat the BBQ to 180 degrees.
- Step 2: Grab a bowl, place the wings into the bowl and add the olive oil making sure each chicken wing is covered. Sprinkle the Texas Style BBQ Seasoning, and it coats evenly.
- Step 3: Place the chicken wings onto the BBQ and close the lid. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn the wings over and continue cooking, turning for about 15 minutes or until golden and charred.
- Step 4: With the Texas BBQ sauce, brush it over the chicken wings and cook a further 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Step 5: Serve immediately with a side of chips.
