Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless free-range chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 tsp crushed red pepper
Method
- Step 1: Grab a meat mallet and flatten your chicken pieces between two pieces of plastic wrap about 1/2 inch thick. Doing this helps to cook the chicken evenly.
- Step 2: In a shallow bowl, add your ingredients and stir well. Add in your chicken and ensure the chicken is coated well. Alternatively, you could marinade your chicken in a larger zipper bag.
- Step 3: Cover your bowl or zip up your zipper bag and place this into the fridge for about 1-4 hours. If you don't have this amount of time, place it in the fridge for a minimum of 30 mins.
- Step 4: Grab a skillet and place it over medium heat. Grill your chicken uncovered for about 10-12 minutes or until it's cooked.
