Ingredients
- 15 chicken tenders
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 parmesan, grated
- 125 ml of milk
- 2 eggs, lightly whisked
- 165ml of mayo
- 3 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce
- Cooking oil spray
- 500g frozen sweet potato fries
Method
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line over trays with baking paper.
- Step 2: In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs and parmesan. Stir this in. Next, grab another bowl and add your egg and milk. Dip your chicken pieces in the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place your chicken tender on the prepared tray. Spray with oil.
- Step 3: On a second try, spread out your sweet potato fries. Bake the sweet potato (as per the instructions on the packet) or until golden brown. Bake the chicken for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking and spray some more olive oil.
- Step 4: Add your mayo into a bowl, followed by stirring in the sweet chilli sauce.
