These Grilled Chicken Kabobs are so easy to make with only 15 mins prep time. Fun to serve to your guests or when you need something quick to cook. So delicious and so healthy with minimal cleanup.

  • 3-4 boneless free-range chicken breast
  • 11/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 skewers


  • Step 1: Grab your wooden skewers and place them into a shallow dish with warm water. Fully submerge them for at least 30 minutes before you start using them.
  • Step 2: Cut your chicken into 1-inch pieces and place them into a zipper topped bag.
  • Step 3: Into a bowl, add your olive oil, soy, brown sugar and garlic powder. Stir well.
  • Step 4: Add the marinade into your zipper bag and mix in to combine everything well.
  • Step 5: Place this chicken mixture into the fridge for at least 30 mins or up to 4 hours for more to give your chicken some extra flavour.
  • Step 6: When you're ready to make chicken kabobs thread your chicken pieces evenly.
  • Step 7: Preheat the grill at 190 degrees to medium-high heat.
  • Step 8: Clean and oil the grates.
  • Step 9: Remove these from the grill and allow the chicken to rest for about 3 minutes.
