Chicken Nachos

Want a super-quick snack? Our Chicken Nachos are to die for! This is a great super-quick snack to make when you feeling a little peckish.

  • 2 cooked free-range chicken breasts, shredded into small pieces
  • 200g plain corn tortilla chips
  • 6 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • A handful of red or green sliced jalapeño peppers
  • Small bunch coriander, leaves roughly chopped
  • 140g cheese, grated
  • Your choice of salsa


  • Step 1. Heat oven to 200C/180C. Layer up the tortilla chips in an ovenproof dish or baking tray. Add your chopped chicken, spring onions, cheese and jalapeños. Bake for about 8 mins or until the cheese is melted.
  • Step 2. To serve, sprinkle with the coriander and eat with your favourite salsa.
