Ingredients
- 12 chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking Spray (extra virgin olive oil)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- For Serving: Try these bad boy dipping sauces – ketchup, honey mustard, BBQ sauce or pesto dip
Method
- Step 1:Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: In a shallow bowl, place 1 egg. In another shallow bowl, add your Panko breadcrumbs.
- Step 3: Dip your chicken tenders in the egg and then in your breadcrumb mix. Shake off the excess and place it in a large dish.
- Step 4: Preheat your air fryer to 200 degrees.
- Step 5: In batches, cook the chicken tenders for about 5-6 mins on each side or until your chicken is cooked through, crispy and golden on the outside. Once cooked, serve with some lemon wedges.
