  • 12 chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking Spray (extra virgin olive oil)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

  • Step 1:Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2: In a shallow bowl, place 1 egg. In another shallow bowl, add your Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Step 3: Dip your chicken tenders in the egg and then in your breadcrumb mix. Shake off the excess and place it in a large dish.
  • Step 4: Preheat your air fryer to 200 degrees.
  • Step 5: In batches, cook the chicken tenders for about 5-6 mins on each side or until your chicken is cooked through, crispy and golden on the outside. Once cooked, serve with some lemon wedges.
