4 skinless boneless free-range chicken breast fillets
1 tbsp paprika
1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tp dried onion flakes
1 tbsp sunflower oil
200g tub guacamole, to serve
Step 1. First, you want to dry the chicken with some kitchen paper. Next, grab a knife and cut diagonal slashes over the smooth side of the chicken. Place it onto a plate.
Step 2. Brush the chicken on both sides with oil and coat it all over with the spice mix. Heat up your barbecue, pan or grill, cook the chicken for 5-6 mins on each side until it's cooked through. Serve each chicken portion with a dollop of guacamole.
