Cajun Chicken

  • 4 skinless boneless free-range chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 200g tub guacamole, to serve


  • Step 1. First, you want to dry the chicken with some kitchen paper. Next, grab a knife and cut diagonal slashes over the smooth side of the chicken. Place it onto a plate.
  • Step 2. Brush the chicken on both sides with oil and coat it all over with the spice mix. Heat up your barbecue, pan or grill, cook the chicken for 5-6 mins on each side until it's cooked through. Serve each chicken portion with a dollop of guacamole.
