  • 4 free-range skinless chicken breasts Cup of mozzarella shredded light cheese

  • 1/2 cup of napoletana sauce (canned)
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper (for seasoning)


  • Step 1: Grab your chicken pieces and season them with kosher salt, freshly grounded pepper and garlic powder.
  • Step 2: Add your olive oil to your skillet and set it to medium heat.
  • Step 3: Place your chicken pieces and cover each chicken with napoletana sauce, sprinkle it over with some cheese and add a dash of Italian herbs.
