  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp of Kosher salt


  • Step 1: Grab a baking dish and butter it lightly. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  • Step 2: Into a bowl, put your melted butter and salt and stir it in.
  • Step 3: Add your chicken pieces into a baking dish. Brush with the butter mixture onto the chicken and coat, then pour the rest of the extra butter over the top of the chicken.
  • Step 4: Add your favourite seasoning.
  • Step 5: Bake your chicken in the oven until it's no longer pink in the centre and the juices run clear for about 30-45 mins.
  • Note: Make some fresh green salad, steamed broccoli or steamed rice. The choice is yours!
