Ingredients
- 4 free-range skinless chicken breasts Cup of mozzarella shredded light cheese
/li> - 1/2 cup of napoletana sauce (canned)
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper (for seasoning)
Method
- Step 1: Grab your chicken pieces and season them with kosher salt, freshly grounded pepper and garlic powder.
- Step 2: Add your olive oil to your skillet and set it to medium heat.
- Step 3: Place your chicken pieces and cover each chicken with napoletana sauce, sprinkle it over with some cheese and add a dash of Italian herbs.
- Step 4: Place your skillet in the oven and cook until your cheese is melted and slightly browned.
