  • 1 to 1.5 kgs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 3 tsp of organic honey
  • 3 tsp of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lime wedges (to squeeze over the chicken)
  • For Serving: Brown rice (cooked in a rice cooker.


  • Step 1: Grab a large skillet and heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Step 2: With your cubed chicken, lightly season with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Step 3: Add your cubed chicken into your large skillet and brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 4: To make the glaze, whisk in a bowl soy sauce, honey, garlic and red pepper flakes (optional).
  • Step 5: Next, add your sauce to the pan, coating your chicken pieces. Cook your chicken through, 4-5 more minutes.
  • Step 6: Serve with some steamed brown rice, add some streamed beans, sesame seeds and squeeze some lime juice.
