Ingredients
- 4 pieces free-range chicken breasts
- Breadcrumbs + panko
- 1 tsp of parmesan
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of freshly ground pepper
- Tomato paste
- Mozarella
- 3 egg whites
Method
- Step 1: Cut and pound the free-range chicken breasts.
- Step 2: Grab your two types of breadcrumbs and add them to the bowl. Next, mix parmesan, garlic and pepper. Grab another bowl, add your egg whites and whisk until foamy. Slice the mozzarella into 4 pieces.
- Step 3: Put each piece of chicken into the egg whites, then the breadcrumb mixture.
- Step 4: Place them onto a tray and back your chicken for 15 minutes to bake at 200 degrees. Top your chicken with tomato paste and mozzarella. Bake for another 3 to 5 minutes.
