Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless free-range chicken breast
- 1 cup of Italian dressing (store-bought)
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp of kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- Lemon wedges (for extra flavour)
- For Serving (options you can choose): Couscous with veggie salad and steamed broccoli with brown rice.
- For Serving: Brown rice (cooked in a rice cooker.
Method
- Step 1: Grab a bowl and pour in your Italian dressing, enough to add your free-range chicken breast into. Marinate this for at least 30 mins or you can do this up to 2 hours for extra flavour.
- Step 2: Preheat your oven to 190 degrees
- Step 3: In a bowl, place your panko breadcrumbs, seasoning with kosher salt and better.
- Step 4: Take your chicken out of the first and discard the marinade. Coat both your chickens in panko breadcrumbs and press down on them to help the breadcrumbs to stay on the chicken.
- Step 5: Grab your chicken breasts place them on the baking pan and cover it with aluminium foil. Spray the top of the chicken breasts with some olive oil cooking spray. This helps to brown the chicken and to make your chicken crispy.
- Step 6: Bake at 190 degrees for about 3-40 mins or until golden brown and your chicken breast are cooked all the way through. Serve hot with your sides.
