  • 2 chicken breasts, skinless
  • 2 cups of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bottle of extra virgin olive oil spray
  • Spices: Cumin, basil, garlic, rosemary, thyme.


  • Step 1: Preheat over to 180 degrees.
  • Step 2: Add your panko breadcrumbs to a bowl, mix in the salt and add in your chosen spices.
  • Step 3: Spread out your breadcrumbs onto a flat surface.
  • Step 4: Slice up your chicken breasts in half and spray each half with olive oil spray, lightly coated on each side.
  • Step 5: Roll your chicken breasts into the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.
  • Step 6: Place these into a shallow baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
