Ingredients
- Cooked Shredded chicken
- Your favourite packet pasta
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 2 handles of green beans, cut up into 3 cm
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Jar of pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Parmasan cheese, garnishing
- Kosher salt, seasoning
- Fresh black pepper, seasoning
Method
- Step 1. Cook your pasta following the pack for instructions. Add your green beans for the final 6 mins of cooking time. Drain and save a few tbsps of the cooking water.
- Step 2. Grab a large frying pan and heat some olive oil. Add in your spring onions and cook for 1-2 mins until soft. Set this aside.
- Step 3. Add the shredded chicken to the pan and heat through. Stir through your pesto and cream. Add your favourite pasta and beans in with the chicken mix and stir to coat it right through, adding a little of the cooking water. Season to taste and sprinkle with your favourite cheese.
