  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 10 asparagus
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced pieces
  • 1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 cups of whole wheat pasta
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil


  • Step 1: Start by cooking your pasta as per the instructions on the package.
  • Step 2: Cut up your chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and place these into a pan with some olive oil. Cook until partially done.
  • Step 3: Add your asparagus, mushrooms and continue to cook this until your chicken is done.
  • Step 4: Next, add your chicken broth, cover and cook until your asparagus is crispy and tender.
  • Step 5: Add your pasta, cayenne pepper and feta cheese. Remove from the heat.
  • Step 6: Serve into bowls and add your fresh diced tomatoes on top for garnish.
