- 4 x free-range skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 tsp of kosher salt
Method
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Lightly butter the baking dish.
- Step 2: Stir 1/4 cup melted butter and salt together into a bowl.
- Step 3: Arrange the chicken in the baking dish. Brush the butter mixture onto the chicken until thoroughly coated, pouring any extra over the chicken.
- Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the centre and the juices run clear for about 30 to 45 minutes.
