Baked Boneless Chicken Thighs

Baked Boneless Chicken Thighs will first get marinated with an easy honey mustard sauce that will not only make it juicy and flavourful but at a high temperature, it’s less time in the oven with even better results. You can serve these bag boys with a nice big green leafy salad or some roasted potatoes.

The longer you marinate the chicken the better it will be. If you’ve only got a short time, have it marinate for at least 30 mins at room temperature. If however, you marinate it longer than an hour, go ahead and let it marinate in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grab a large bowl, combine oil, low-sodium soy source, dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, garlic thyme and paprika. Seasons it with Kosher soak and black pepper. Start adding your chicken thighs and toss them in to combine. Let this marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Step 2: Take the chicken out of the marinade and place this onto a large baking sheet lined with foil. Throw out the rest of the marinate. Bake your chicken until golden in the oven for about 20 mins.
  • Step 3: Broil your chicken for about 5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.
