Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grab a large bowl, combine oil, low-sodium soy source, dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, garlic thyme and paprika. Seasons it with Kosher soak and black pepper. Start adding your chicken thighs and toss them in to combine. Let this marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Step 2: Take the chicken out of the marinade and place this onto a large baking sheet lined with foil. Throw out the rest of the marinate. Bake your chicken until golden in the oven for about 20 mins.
- Step 3: Broil your chicken for about 5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.
