Ingredients
- Boneless Roast Beef (chuck or round roast)
- 1 cup of beef stock or broth
- 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp of All Purpose Seasoning
Method
- Step 1: You’ll need a large slow cooker for this one. Place the beef into the slow cooker. Add in your beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle the meat with All Purpose Seasoning.
- Step 2: Cook the roast in the slow cooker for 4 hours (high setting) or 6-8 hours (low setting). We recommend a low setting.
- Step 3: Once cooked, remove the beef from the slow cooker. Break the meat apart with two forks and then add it back to the gravy in the slow cooker. Set it on warm for another hour.
- Step 4: Store the leftover shredded beef and gravy in an airtight container.
