Baked Sesame Chicken With Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/4 cup, sesame seeds, untoasted
  • 1 tsp organic honey
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of olive olive
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Pinch black pepper and ground ginger

Method

  • Step 1: Grab a bowl and combine all ingredients into a bowl except your chicken.
  • Step 2: Add in your chicken, mix this well so that your chicken is coated thoroughly in the marinade. Cover this and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Step 4: Grab a baking tray and arrange your chicken pieces onto a cooking sheet. Pour some of the liquid on top.
  • Step 5: Bake into the oven for 5 minutes then flip this over and bake for another 5 minutes or until it's done.
  • Step 6: Serve this with some noddles and if you like add some steamed veggies to the mix.
