Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast
- 1 cup salsa (tomato, red onion, fresh basil, chopped)
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of lemon pepper
- Fresh lime wedges
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Optional sides: Green salad, mash potatoes or steamed green beans.
Method
- Step 1: Cut 3 pieces of foil so that it's large enough to wrap the chicken breast.
- Step 2: Place the chicken breasts onto the foil. Add your olive oil on top of the chicken, and mix over the top garlic powder and lemon pepper for each one.
- Step 3: Wrap the foil around the chicken and fold the ends together. Place this onto an oven dish.
- Step 4: Baked this at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
