Ingredients
- 1kg of free-range chicken thighs, sliced into chunks
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of soy sauce
Method
- Step 1: Sear the chicken thighs evenly in a skillet pan, then flip them over once it's brown
- Step 2: Add your soy sauce and brown sugar. Keep stirring this in till the sugar is broken down and bringing to a boil.
- Step 3: Stir until the sauce has reduced and evenly glazes the chicken.
- Step 4: Serve with your choice of white or brown rice.
