Ingredients
- 2kg turkey breast (on the bone, skin on)
- Poultry seasoning (marjoram, garlic powder, onion powder thyme, sage and rosemary)
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Step 1: Rub the turkey with olive oil and season with poultry seasoning.
- Step 2: Place your turkey breast side down in a roasting pan.
- Step 3: Cook in a preheated 350-degree oven for 2 hrs turning once.
