In 1995, Nick Tseros, the Managing Director of Australian Meat Company opened a small butcher shop in Preston. Here began the brand and culture of quality and service to its retail and wholesale customers that it still offers today. The excellent quality of the product provided soon became general knowledge to many people through word of mouth, and it wasn't long before demand outgrew this facility. Little did Nick Tseros, the Managing Director, know how fast and large the business would grow.
In 2005, Australian Meat Company re-established itself in a new and state of the art facility located in Coburg, employing more than forty staff to cater for its demand.
